Had a lovely chat with a tenant who shared the great news that they are due to complete on the purchase of their first house together and they felt bad as didn't want to let me down by telling me they would be leaving. What a lovely couple. Looking on the bright side they are moving into their new home and we will have a lovely two bedroom house near Castle Park for let soon. Really excited for them, as this will be their family home where they begin to a new chapter!
